Betty Lou Neeley

Betty Lou Neely of Umatilla, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025, at the Casa Bella Hospice House in The Villages, Florida. She was 81 years old.

Born on January 18, 1944, in East Liverpool, Ohio, Betty was the beloved daughter of Elva Moore and Mildred Bida Reed Moore. She later made Florida her home, where she built a life marked by dedication, intellect, and quiet compassion.

Betty worked as a computer programmer at the local state college, a role that reflected her sharp mind, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others through her work. She was proud of her career and the contributions she made to education and technology during her working years.

Above all, Betty will be remembered for her loving nature, gentle spirit, and the warmth she shared with family, friends, and colleagues. Her kindness and steady presence touched many lives, and her memory will be cherished always.
