Deanna Lee Hough

Deanna Lee Hough, of Bushnell, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2026, at Lane Purcell Hospice House at the age of 66.

She was born on December 22, 1959, in Okeechobee, Florida, to Denzil Lee Smith and Patricia Ann Smith. Deanna spent much of her adult life living in Maine and Indiana before recently returning to Florida to be closer to her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Denzil and Patricia Smith, and her husband, Douglas Hough.

Deanna is lovingly remembered by her siblings: Dianne Heckman and Dannette Todd, both of Leesburg, Florida; Dondrea Gunnels (Robert) of Bushnell, Florida; and Denton Smith (Ninoska) of Orlando, Florida, as well as many cherished nieces and nephews.

Deanna had a deep love for reading her Bible, collecting hourglasses and angels, and, most of all, spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
