Johnny Clifton Griffin of Gainesville, Florida, passed away on December 12, 2025, at E.T. York Hospice in Gainesville, surrounded by compassionate care. He was 73 years old.

Born on June 7, 1952, in McIntosh, Florida, Johnny was the beloved son of Clifton Griffin and Dorothy Padgett Griffin. He spent his working life as a concrete technician in the construction industry, where his labor, skill, and perseverance helped build the foundations of many projects throughout his community. His work was demanding and often unseen, yet it reflected a life marked by diligence and endurance.

Johnny will be remembered for his quiet strength and the honest work he carried out day after day. His passing leaves a deep sense of loss for those who knew him and shared in his life.
