Melody Kaye Bell

Melody Kaye Bell, of Perry, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2026, at a hospital in Gainesville, Florida, surrounded by the love and memories of those who held her dear.

Melody was born on December 5, 1959, in Melbourne, Florida, to William Leon Tipper and Treva Hazle Rushing. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of those around her and created precious memories that will forever be treasured by her loved ones.

Melody leaves behind her loving husband, Dewey Winfred Bell, and many other cherished family members and dear friends who will continue to hold her close in their hearts. Though her passing leaves a deep void in the lives of those who loved her, the love she shared and the memories she leaves behind will remain a lasting comfort and blessing to all who knew her.

Melody will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
