Patrick James Somers

Patrick James Somers, born on March 17th1965, in Laconia NH, passed away on September 13th 2026. He was the son of Michael Raymond Somers and Joanne Merle Somers, both of whom preceded him in death, Patrick was a devoted member of a large and loving family.

Patrick spent many years as a truck driver, a career that took him many places and became a meaningful part of his life.

He was a man who valued simplicity, connection, and the quiet joys of everyday life. He found fulfillment in the outdoors, especially through fishing, hunting, and playing darts. He took great pride in his extensive gun collection and was known in his younger years as a skilled marksman, carrying that talent with quiet confidence. Patrick also had a natural sense of humor that was understated, and often perfectly timed – which brought warmth and comfort to those around him.

Patrick is survived by his son Tyler Somers (wife Tonya); his grandson Myles Somers; his siblings Cheryl Jameson (husband Sim), Michael Somers (wife Christina), Teresa Somers, Patricia Somers, Pamela Ryan (husband Michael), and Thomas Somers, his niece Angela Fernandes, who was like a sibling to the family; and numerous other nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brother Shawn Somers.

Patrick will be remembered for his kindness, his loyalty to those he loved, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. His memory will remain in the hearts of his family and all who knew him
