Paul proudly dedicated a part of his life to serving his country in both the United States Army and the United States Navy. During his Army service, he worked as an Engineer Parts Specialist and attained the rank of E5. He also served in the Navy, leaving with the rank of E2. His commitment to service continued beyond his military years, as he went on to become a certified Merchant Marine, working aboard large and heavy vessels. Through his years of service and work, Paul built a life shaped by dedication, perseverance, and a strong sense of duty.

At 99 years old, Paul leaves behind a legacy spanning nearly a century of life experiences, history, and memories.
