Mitzner, Richard O. (Rex), 66 of Archer, FL passed on August 9, 2018 at ET York Hospice Care Center in Gainesville. Rex was born in La Porte, Indiana to Oliver and Wilda Mitzner. Rex lived the majority of his life in North Central Florida where he worked as a stone mason until his retirement. He will be missed by his family and many loving friends.
