Ronnie Hintergardt (70) of Lady Lake and formerly St. Petersburg, died peacefully on August 24 after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He was born on September 22, 1946 in Bakersfield, CA to Howard and Mary Hintergardt. Ronnie was predeceased by his parents and his daughter, Rhonda Dene Hintergardt Minenno (Paul) of Derry, NH. He is survived by son Ryan Hintergardt, Amarillo, TX, daughter Janice Bolding McFeeture, Lady Lake, FL, grandchildren Emily and Anna, Derry, NH, and RJ and Harley, Amarillo, TX, and loving caregiver, James Paul Hargreaves of Lady Lake.
Ronnie graduated from Guymon High School and attended Panhandle State University in OK and made a career in sales. He met wife Dian in Tulsa, OK when he sold her a car on Valentine’s Day and they were married 36 years on August 14.
Upon moving to Florida, he became an active member of the local Parkinson’s support groups, loved bowling, but his great love was cars which was reflected in his successful career of sales and management of numerous dealerships in the St. Petersburg area.
