Ruby Ann Geiger

Ruby Ann Geiger, 98, of Micanopy, Florida, passed away peacefully at her home on October 5, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Just days shy of her 99th birthday, Ruby Ann left this world as gracefully as she lived in it.

She was born on October 14, 1926, in Florence, Alabama, to Amos Sanderson and Ella M. Davis Sanderson. After graduating high school, Ruby Ann went on to build a beautiful life rooted in love, kindness, and devotion. She married the love of her life, James C. Geiger, and together they shared many wonderful years filled with laughter, hard work, and family.

Ruby Ann worked as a secretary for the school system, where her gentle spirit and caring nature touched many lives. She was known for her sweet smile, thoughtful words, and the warmth she brought to every room. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished her family deeply and gave of herself freely.

She leaves behind her beloved family who will forever remember her soft heart, loving hands, and the grace with which she lived her long and beautiful life.

Ruby Ann's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
