Tom Lee Hoffman

Tom Lee Hoffman, age 66, of Lake City, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026, at a hospital in Gainesville.

Tom was born on January 15, 1960, in Plainwell, Michigan, to the late Shirley Mae Brown Hoffman and Henry George Hoffman. Later in life, he made his way to Florida, where he built new friendships and became part of the Lake City community.

He is survived by family members and friends who will deeply miss him and cherish the time they shared.
