Born on July 1, 1946, in Gulston, Kentucky, Wanda was the cherished daughter of Burt Fowler and Georgia Hatfield Fowler. She later made her home in Florida, where she built a life marked by dedication, warmth, and compassion.

Wanda worked as a medical transcriptionist, a career that reflected her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to helping others through her work. She was known for her kind heart, gentle nature, and the care she showed to everyone around her.
