How it works
Three steps, handled by phone and email.
You never need to come into an office unless you'd like to.
Step one
Call us, day or night
Call (352) 338-0500. We'll answer your questions, take some basic information, and arrange for your loved one to be brought into our care.
Step two
Complete the paperwork from home
We fill out the cremation authorization and vital statistics with you by phone or email, then handle every permit and filing with the state. Most families finish in about 20 minutes.
Step three
Receive your loved one's remains
After Florida's required 48-hour waiting period and medical certification, we perform the cremation ourselves. We call you the moment the remains are ready, typically 7 to 10 days, sooner with expedited cremation.
Obituaries
Honoring those we've recently cared for.
Share cherished memories and service details with the people who matter most.
Service area
Based in Gainesville. Serving North Florida.
Where we serve
Duval, Alachua, Clay, Bradford, and Union Counties , plus surrounding communities across North Florida. Everything is handled by phone and email, so distance from our office makes no difference in the care you receive.
Not sure if we serve your area? Call, if we can't help, we'll point you to someone who can.
Plan ahead
Lock in today's price. Spare your family the decisions.
Cremation costs rise every year. A prepaid plan freezes your price permanently, protected in a Florida-regulated trust, and means your family makes one phone call instead of a dozen decisions.
Request our free planning packet by mail or email. No salesperson will call unless you ask.

Questions
Answers families ask us most.
What does the $1,095 Basic package include?
Everything legally required for a direct cremation: transfer into our care, all permits and filings, refrigerated care, the cremation container, the cremation itself, and return of the remains in a temporary container. Optional items, urns, thumbprint keepsakes, an online obituary, expedited cremation, and state-priced death certificates are itemized separately, and after-hours or weekend transfers carry an additional fee. Every price is published in our General Price List .
What's the difference between the three packages?
All three include the complete cremation. Signature ($1,495) adds an urn, collection and preservation of your loved one's thumbprint, and an obituary published online. Complete ($1,995) adds expedited cremation, so your loved one's remains are returned to you sooner.
How long does the process take?
Florida requires a 48-hour waiting period after death before cremation can occur. Once we have signed authorization and the medical certification is complete, most families receive their loved one's remains within 7 to 10 days. If you need them sooner, ask about our expedited cremation option.
Can we still have a memorial service?
Absolutely. Many families choose direct cremation and then hold a celebration of life at a church, home, park, or restaurant, on their own schedule, in their own way. We're happy to suggest local venues and celebrants.
Who performs the cremation?
We do. Your loved one remains in our care from the moment of transfer until the remains are returned to you, the cremation is never handed off to a third-party provider.
What if my loved one passed away outside your service area?
Call us anyway. We regularly coordinate transfers from across Florida and can advise you on out-of-state situations, including bringing a loved one home to Florida.
How does prepaying work? Is my money safe?
Prepaid funds are placed in a trust regulated under Florida law and your price is locked permanently, even decades from now. Plans are transferable if you move. We'll put all of it in writing before you sign anything.
